In order to use safe and high quality raw materials, we calculate the raw material requirements according to the production plan and order the raw materials regularly and from time to time. The raw materials that are received are subjected to sensory evaluation and microorganism test such as flavor degree, color, feeling, etc. through the raw material analysis experiment. The materials which are judged as satisfactory through the quality inspection such as ingredient content, viscosity and hardness, It is kept in the raw material storage.
2. Goods receipt
The materials of our products shall be labeled as conforming to the negotiated text, capacity, container size, packaging specifications, etc. when developing new products such as capacity, pigment release, temperature stability, and pressure drop leakage test. We keep it efficiently.
3. Product manufacturing
The precisely weighed raw materials are put into the tank by raw material weighing instructions and cosmetics are manufactured by processes such as emulsification, dispersion, degassing, cooling and filtration. In order to prevent cross-contamination and improve quality, we operate as an independent manufacturing system according to product characteristics. Through these processes, we produce excellent cosmetics.
4. Semi-finished product management
Produce finished semi-finished products Before charging, check for leaks and seals and store in semi-finished products storage room. To prevent quality deterioration and pollution during storage, each storage room has an air cleaning facility and operates a thorough management system to prevent contamination from the outside.
5. Charging the product
In order to remove foreign materials, the purchased auxiliary materials are cleaned by air cleaner and then charged through a charger such as a skin, lotion, cream, etc. according to the capacity and type of each product. The charging workshop is divided into three charging rooms (permanent, Foundation, hair clippings), and each product is being charged.
6. Product packaging
After charging, the products are packed in sealing, capping, marking, single box and carton box through each conveyor line. The packaged products are managed to prevent cross contamination from the contents and materials used in the pre-packaging work, and are kept clean according to the design and use of the packaging facilities.
7. Quality inspection
By conducting air cleaning and microbiological tests on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products in the manufacturing and packing rooms, we will also anticipate and eliminate the problems that may arise when customers use them. In addition, each performance test of cosmetics is carried out, and the quality of the product to be used for the customer is checked to determine whether the product is suitable or not.
8. Product shipment
After passing all quality inspections, the products are moved to the finished product warehouse. After delivery, the products are shipped to each dealer and customer using our delivery vehicles. We are realizing customer satisfaction from order to delivery through standard delivery, fast and accurate delivery system.
